Sizing Warping

Warping and sizing is the beginning of good quality towel weaving. We are using top of the line warping machine which is fully computerized for producing consistent and controlled quality.

Weaving

The weaving looms ‘Vamatex Dyna Terry’ these two brands are known for their high quality terry production with very less rejections.

Stitching & Packing

We have two Bando long hemming Machines equipped with Pegasus chain stitch sewing heads. They are capable of neatly stitching the long hem of the towel, leaving no margin for error.
